How do I become a member?

Choose your membership and join directly online. Your first year starts with the Baseline Check-up.

What is in the Baseline Check-up?

18 tests and 900+ data points, including blood and a VO₂max test, at Junghof Plaza. Doctors go through the results with you and mark where you start.

How long does a membership run?

At least twelve months. Your next Check-up is due after twelve months.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes, with a 5% surcharge. The minimum term stays twelve months.

Does my health insurance cover anything?

Private health insurance may reimburse part of the medical services, depending on your plan. It is best to check with your insurer first.

Can I book treatments without a membership?

Yes. Hyperbaric oxygen, red light, altitude training (IHHT) and personal training are bookable as a guest, IV soon too.
