Baseline Check-up

900+ data points from 18 tests.

Most check-ups collect separate findings. The Baseline Check-up measures you on one test day with us at Junghof Plaza, plus your blood sugar and nutrition in everyday life, and reads it all as one picture. Every membership starts with it.

Level 01 · Inner health

What happens inside you. Measured precisely.

Where every check-up starts: blood, heart and organs, and the conversation that puts it all in context. This is where we see what is already quietly under way, and what needs attention first.

  • Medical intake Your history, your goals, your risks.
  • Blood panel (45 markers) Metabolism, hormones, micronutrients and inflammation.
  • Resting ECG Heart rhythm and electrical activity at rest.
  • Heart ultrasound The structure and function of your heart.
  • Abdominal ultrasound The organs of your abdomen, one by one, without radiation.

Level 02 · Metabolism & performance

What your body does every day.

The measurable part of your everyday life: endurance, resting metabolism, blood sugar, nutrition and strength. Your training and nutrition plans build on it.

  • VO₂max + lactate Endurance: oxygen uptake and lactate under load.
  • Resting metabolic rate (RMR) How much energy your body uses at rest, the basis of your nutrition plan.
  • Glucose monitoring Your blood sugar in daily life: how it responds to food and training.
  • Nutrition analysis What you really eat day to day.
  • Strength test Strength and side-to-side differences on force plates.

Level 03 · Body & function

How your body moves, looks and thinks.

On the outside posture, body composition and skin; on the inside vision, hearing, thinking and mood. The small signals that show how well you live in your body.

  • Movement analysis Balance, mobility and movement patterns.
  • 3D body scan Posture, circumferences and proportions.
  • Body composition Muscle mass, body fat and where it sits, visceral fat included.
  • Skin and skin cancer screening Your whole skin, mapped with AI support and checked for skin cancer.
  • Vision test Your visual acuity, as a baseline for the years ahead.
  • Hearing test Your hearing threshold, as a baseline for the years ahead.
  • Cognitive screening Memory, attention and reaction.
  • Mental wellbeing Mood, perceived stress and recovery.

Level 04 · Further insight

The deeper level, when it makes sense.

A whole-body MRI and a DNA analysis are not part of the check-up. When they make sense for you, you get them at the member rate.

  • Whole-body MRI Images of your whole body, without radiation.
  • DNA analysis High-risk genetic variants.

45 markers, not 200.

45 markers around 200 in a standard check-up

Why it matters

A standard check-up reads around 200 blood values. We read 45, chosen from metabolism, hormones and micronutrients and calibrated differently for men and women. The point is not to collect as many values as possible, but the ones that matter: inflammation, insulin resistance, thyroid function, declining hormones, missing vitamins and minerals.

What happens

One blood draw, fasting, on the morning of your test day. A few days later your doctors have the results. Every value is checked against reference ranges for your age and sex, then read together with the rest of your data, because a value out of range only means something in context.

The picture you get is not “healthy or not”, but “where you actually stand”.

How your check-up runs.

  1. Test day

    The check-up

18 tests at Junghof Plaza, starting with the intake and the blood draw in the morning. Blood sugar and nutrition you measure in your everyday life.

  2. Usually a week later

    Results review

Data alone changes nothing. Your doctors go through the results with you: what is clear, what to keep an eye on and what you can tackle now.

  3. Then

Your plan and your values in the app

Training, nutrition and supplements, planned around your results. Plus your Longevity Score, your biological age and every value with its reference range in the Member App.

  4. After every check-up

    First nutrition session

  5. Every quarter, monthly with Apex

    Coach review

You go through your plan with your coach and adjust it.

  6. After twelve months
